There is plenty of information out there on this swap. I'm pretty sure they sell conversion kits too :/ check latemodelrestoration.com for conversion kits. I could be wrong though.

eh dont need the conversion kit, piecing it together is simple enough (i did) and you get EXACTLY what you want.
The MAIN thing and i mean THE MAIN THING you need to get is a set up pedals with all the switches on it. This will allow the car to only start when clutch is in and such, other then that its just dropping out the trans and such

OP im gona PM you an article i wrote for this college project about swapping the trans, might help you figure out if it is worth it. FYI will cost you anywere from $2000-$3500 dependign on the quality and kind of parts you go with/if you do a budget swap (i didnt )

You could do a simple used parts setup with a T5 for anywhere from 600-1000

theres a plug the auto car has that the 5 speed dosent, have to change whole wiring harness lmfao! for one damn plug!!

My buddy that has the 93 notch, got it from me, and it was a 5 spd, i had a 90 gt aod car and built the 308 tfs engine originally for that car and wanted the overdrive, i go the whole car put together and it would only drive in manual 1, so i started searching found a plug missing lol tore it back apart for that single plug!

I can't place the plug you are talking about. Was it on the pedals, trans, shifter?

not it will be in the engine compartment over by the brake booster!

Why would you go full manual on a street car? but back to the everyone has there own choice!

I like D and go then i like to shift it sometimes too!!

SN cars are so mush easier if you do it on them!!!

why not go full manual on a street car? lol, all you have to do is push the shifter into the proper gears when you want, just without a clutch its mucho fun! cause if you miss a shift you dont hear GRIIIIIIIND
