I thought about it but then I have to swap over all the efi equip from a 4v plus i dont really want to learn all the fuel mapping and timing tables. Ill leave that to the professionals and go old school. A lot of guys running big power with mods in foxes are starting to run carbs.

I will probably have livernois work them over since one of the Bluecollar gets parts from them should be at cost so not so bad. I really shouldnt need to get them ported because they only pick up 45 hp on a stage 3 port. in the grand scheme of things Im not sure if it will really hurt me or not.
And I'm still figuring out exactly what im doing in terms of the block. I have to call ray at FRPP tomorrow and see what his suggestions are. If a cobra stock block will do the job I will just give the guys at MMR a call and see what they think about bore size. Id like to do a 5.3 stroker in a boss but not sure if Ill need it.

Speaking of the ported head. in this months issue of MMFF they have a fox with a 4.6 aviator motor in it. unported heads and intake. At 20psi on the dyno it made 850 to the wheels though a c4 so im gonna say if I push around 27-28 it should make over 1k at the wheels.
