What cam do I have?

What cam do I have?
Hello everybody,
I need some help identifying a camshaft.
I have a 5.0 from a 1988 mustang Gt. I was told by the previous owner that he put in a " real good" cam. I have no idea what "real good" means and he has no literature on the cam. On the back of the cam is stamped OEM0739 and under that is engraved what looks like TF5-51402000and under that is engraved 32-03. I could be wrong on the engraved letters because they are hard to make out.
Can anyone tell me what any of those numbers mean if anything?
