Default Who's used a Flex Hone Brush when rebuilding?

Have any tips for using one?

What size brush for the 4", 5.0 motor bore? Does a 4" brush expand, or do I go with a 4-1/8?

What about grit selection?

I wanna' do a quick rebuild, but don't want to break the bank. It's just a stock block. Any perls of wisdom are much welcomed!

i call them dingleberry as well. i've only used them in classes, just a simple spray the cylinder with wd40 or something to lubricate it, put the hone on a drill and go up and down in the cylinder to clean it up. pretty simple and easy.
