looks like a stock roller block, but it appears that someone has notched the skirts like some one had a stroker kit in it at one time

Where should i look for the part number the block came from ford, All i found is this number f13e i think i read it wright, any info on the crank.

91 series and up roller block = f1 as for the crank=97, most likely the motor is out of an explorer or mountaineer

they number next to the F doesn't mean exactly what year it is? Leaned something else.
