Default Cam question

I have a 90gt stock shortblock i have rebuild with stock replacement components. I got a upper and lower exploder intake and heads. I am looking at this cam and lifters http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT The cam looks decient. Just looking to build a good daily. Let me know what you think. Also should i use stock size pushrods? will i have any valve clearence with this cam?

This should be in the general section. IMO keep the stock cam and put better springs on the heads, the stock cam is not a bad piece, the valve springs suck. If this is a dd the stock cam won't mess up the tune, and if you are keeping stock heads you won't see much if any power from that cam.

I got explorer heads thats why i am looking into a cam. The stock e6 heads are gonna b my new door stops lol

Does anyone not realize that is a flat tappet cam and not roller??? OP that cam will not work for your set up and you measure for push rods and check for ptv, no one can answer those questions, they must be tasks you the assembler perform
