I have Doug's headers on my 67. They're among the best quality and fit of any headers out there. I've heard JBA is quite good too. But ceramic coated from either company is going to run you upwards of $600.

Yeah. LT's or Tri-Y's(if you want more bottom end and mid range). But if you go with Tri-Y's the only ones I'd recommend are Doug's since they actually use proper tubing sizes instead of the scrawny crap other people use.

Both JBA and Doug's LT's supposedly have excellent fit and the best ground clearance.

yeah the only problem with that is i have to get a new h pipe too. basically what your saying is its not worth getting headers unless they are long tubeS?

i have been looking for a while too. I can tell you that if you go with a header designed for a gt40p head, the resale of the header will be lots better. A set of fms headers bring some change from what I have seen.

why would you have to pull the motor to put headers in? my 94 is stock except the bbk off road h pipe and flowmasters. if im not gonna see any power gains out of shorty headers than i will just wait and get some long tubes and a x pipe to match. what do you think ?

Longtubes you would have too. Look at these. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...TQ:MOTORS:1123 Guy lied about what the headers were or didn't know. Painted the rusty things and they still brought 187.50 shipped just because he said they were a gt40p head. Trust me, Ford Motorsport is the way to go. You can look through the classifieds and find bbk headers for 50 to 75 used shipped. I know where I can get a couple of sets for that now...
