question about cams

i've got a 95 gt and i'm trying to find some new cams for it. i'm trying to find a good balance between price and performance but i haven't found any cams and thought you guys might know best.

cheap decent cam...

TFS 2

but only AFTER you put heads and a better intake on...

the stock cam, retarded about 4* and some 1.7's will actually make decent numbers with some heads...

its got an upgraded intake on it but i don't know about heads
