Two door panel questions
1. I am taking apart my passenger door tomorrow to see why my window will not roll down at all from either switch. Is there any advice on troubleshooting tips on this repair? I have opened it up before and tried to fix it, but no luck. I am just wondering if there is a way that I can know whether it is the window motor, switches, or the bushings. Pics would help if anyone has them.
2. I recently removed an alarm from my car. There were 3 adapter wires that were plugged into a box under the steering column that controlled the sensors, ignition, and locks. Once I unplugged them, I noticed that they had no other box to plug into. Is there supposed to be a box they plug into or are those wires that are from the alarm and need to be removed? I believe they control the locks and such.
I know #2 may be hard without any pics, but I can get them up tomorrow asap.
Thanks guys!

you can see if it the motor by removing it and seeing if 12v will make it turn. if it does check the bushings they are shot. if not still check bushings. next get the volt meter out and push the switch and see if you have 12v at the motor connector. If so switches/wiring is good.

I took everything apart today and looked to see if the window motor turned. I hit the window down button and the motor moved for about one second.
I took the car by a friend of mine's to use the volt meter to test the power coming out of the wires and he said there was none.
I told him that the motor just moved but he said the fuses may be out.
I plan to hook that motor up to the drivers side tomorrow since that one does work and see what it could be.
Also, does anyone know what fuses are hooked up to the windows and locks? I can't seem to find my manual.
