Default 2 step rpm selection what yall think?

So i got my msd 2 step today and am wondering where i should set it when im on the transbrake as of now the converter will stall to 4400 so im thinking maybe 3800 or 4000? more maybe? im trying to get the converter to flash a bit after i release the brake.

I think if you want it to flash some go with a 36-3800 chip in it......

+1 absolutely correct. start off low and increase by 200rpm increments untill the car cant hook up anymore. if you say the converter goes to 4400 now start at 3800 and just increasing till you hit your best 60'. if your 60' gets better each time and you get to the rpm where the converter (not the 2 step) is limiting engine rpm, it means your converter is too tight.

now get out there and get me a 9sec pass. you better get into the 9s before i do!
