e6 vs. e7 injectors

Exclamation e6 vs. e7 injectors

ok so i have a few sets of injectors that came with this car i bought and one set says e6te on them and the other set has some different numbers what are the e6 injectors rated at and could i use them on my 1991 rebuild im running a stock 5.0 with a .512 lift cam stock maf and stock tb stock intake maybe a set of shorty headers 19# injectors should work fine..

if they are orange top they ar 19# rated at about 300hp

and yes your engine will be stock so run the stock 19# injectors

thanks, also was wondering should I get a bigger tb a maf with a .512 cam?

keep your stock cam and upgrade the heads. also swap on some 1.7 roller rockers.

an aftermarket cam with stock heads will net you a higher PEAK hp, but a generally lower AVERAGE HP (which means you'll be slower)

what cam are you running? is it the F303 cam? cuz thats a .512 .512 cam. if it were me id scrap that idea all together (note I HAVE one in my car now). it only makes power from 3500-6500.. and kinda feels like it bogs below that..

its not the lift that does that its the duration etc.

ya a cam with stock everything wont do too much for you

the heads are stock e7's with some polishing and a 3 angle valve job with new motorsports springs it s the f303 cam Ive already built the motor and i am not taking it back apart i had this cam in another motor i built and it did fine for me its just a daily driver looking for something that sounds good and runs decent not a looking to scald neone maybe i should say "would it benifit me to put a larger maf and tb on it"

nope, but it would benefit from a new set of heads

maybe the next one dont got a Grand layin around to put into a set right now lol thanks for all the help im sure ill ave a few more questions as i get her goin
