Default Could my chassis be bent?

I was raising my car today to get at a coolant leak. I raised it from the cross member. when I was putting the stands underneath the spots behind the wheel I noticed that I had to set the passenger side 1 "click" higher. The difference in height is about and inch between the stands.

Bottom line is my car bent? I was gonna put sub-frames on this sat too...
and if she is bent, what can I do?

I was thinking about raising the driver side really high and trying to even it out?

also it's a Convertible, I believe that makes it worse.... err... easier to get bent?

Was it on level ground?

I would still check the surface of your driveway, side to side, with a level. If your just eyeing it, don't go by that. I would think that an inch difference would be very noticeable in the ride and tire wear.

most fox bodys have some type of body lean if they werent tied back in the day its no biggy unless you got some type of wear happening in the body like cracked fire wall areas of underbody. id say get it level and weld them sub frames in

If it was bent that much then you would see it in the gaps of the body panels and in the floor pan underneath. Could you have had the jack stands in two different spots on the frame rail?

You may have just had the jack off a little. My car will do that from time to time. Set the car up on stands and go around it with a level and tape measure and make sure everything is level and square.
