4:10' with an AOD?

thats what most people say but i have driven a stock 5 speed on 3.73, and mine with 4.10

on the exact same tire... on the exact same day

my buddies still had a little bog and was trickier to launch

** fyi stock suspension, on a stock car with 4.10's and a full slick , 5k launch you can lift the tire almost 6"

cant do that with 3.73 i promise you... even if you left on the limiter

i would use nothing but 4.10 unless i had a twin turbo car but thats just my opinion

Sound like a perfect match 4.10 w/automatic.As has been stated before you may want to use a taller than stock rear tire maybe something 26 in tall that way it will bring the rpm's down a little in high gear but still have the awesome launch in first gear on take off.
