I have a 89 lx with 160,000 miles on it. It has the stock 3.08 rear end, stock t-5 trans, stock motor except for a e303 cam, stock cold air intake, only upgrade is the h-pipe and flowmaster mufflers and a short throw shifter. Ok my question is what is the best things to add the most horsepower I can put into this car for around $2000. No nitrous! Im thinking intake, cold air intake, 4.10 gears beef up the axles 31 spline 5 lug mosers, 24lb fuel injectors, 70mm throttle, a good tune up. What say u?

 

4.10 gears, hardened 28 spline axles, rebuild trac-lok, TB, MAF, inj and a set of heads.
