Default spark plug blues

recently had new head gaskets installed. now im changing out the spark plugs. im on the very last one. its on the passanger side back by the fire wall. this thing is a mother. ive been working on it for hours. have most of the turbo piping out just to access it. the bolt on the plug is to the point that its about half rounded off from me working on it from odd angles. so i can still get a bite on it, but its pretty rough and i sure dont want to totally round it off. so what should i do? use penetrating oil? maybe a torch? is there any kind of special socket out there designed to grip a half rounded off socket like a gator grip? thanks

Were you using the special spark plug socket made for the job? I've never rounded a spark plug and I've had plenty tighter than a MFer.
