EGR gone bad...it is pointing a gun at the headers.

Check fuel pressure. Codes are saying car is lean on both banks and can't enrich enough to correct. Fuel,big vacum leak, egr stuck open

if there is a dead miss , with insulated pliers pull a wire one at a time and see which one does not change the way the car runs = faulty cylinder, from there you can inspect a plug, wire or compression test if only one cylinder is at fault
