Default spring isolators ????

When i put in after-market springs in my car i forgot to put the spring isolators in..

i'm wanting to raise the car car back up in the front 1/4-1/2 inch. would putting isolators in get me there or is it a waste of time.

do i buy rubber ones or the polyurethane ones????

also there are two different isolators one if flat and one is round... stupid question what one goes were??? i know the round one you slide on the spring but top or bottom??

thanks for the help

the isolators will lift you car slightly so prob to where you want it. and id go rubber so its smoother
