blower on my 5.0
Hey im new i just bought my 89 mustang 5.0 notchback its stock
i want to go with the blowzilla kenne bell with no modification except for:
24lbs injectors
75mm throttle body
JLT intake
BBK pulleys
magnaflow muflers
thats all i want to put on the car...
my question is that is it safe to go with the blower with this modifications and a good tune without blowing my motor.....
and how much is a blowzill kenne bell

ya just as a quick rule of thumb....if you start adding boost you will need to add the other aspects that create combustion (ignition and fuel). As 19stang88 said, your ignition and fuel will need to be up'd.
probably 32lb injectors, msd ignition (distributor, coil, wires, etc).
again tho to get the power to the road, need suspension. subframe connectors, upgraded k members, a arms, coil overs, and at very least a strut tower brace. otherwise you will be all over the road.
frankly, i would throw a cam and heads onto the car before you even think of putting a blower on there.
