Default On the market for a new car...

So I'm looking to replace my turbo'd fox that was totaled about a month ago by a drunk driver and cannot decide between an 88-93 fox or the 94-95 5.0's. With a goal to have a mildly built, stock bottom end, streetable track car. I'm 99% sure I'm gonna stick to a turbo so I'm just wondering the differences between the two cars as far as weight, ease of labor on the car, and price difference in the mods between the two generations. As well as the reliability differences of the cars as far as the motor, automatic tranny, and rear end of the two cars goes. Thanks in advance for all help and advice.

The fox is lighter, and easier to mod from what I understand. However I personally have no expierence modding a sn95.

All these views and only one person has anything to say? I know there has got to be some people who have dealt with both generations and have opinions to share with others.

I imagine you will have to drill and tap the intake for an act sensor on the sn-95.
