Yeah, sorry but that is WAY overpriced.

1,700.00 is a hell of a lot closer to what I'd pay.

actually id take a nice clean low miles notch all day long over anything previously stated. i have seen factory new looking notchbacks with 20k original in the $12-$15k range

if you want collectable... get a coupe......thats where the money is [/QUOTE]

Im with Bob, the LX is a fun car and for the money your willing to spend, you could get one with all the works. IMO that red turbo is maybe worth $7000.

Default ROT!

The picture is SO BIG, you can see the rot bubbling in the RH rear wheel well.

I suppose if you're looking for a 17k "cobra" sticker, then.......

my vote is no. you can get a cherry FOX for that amount of cash! besides,it's god aweful ugly!

Mach 1, full longtube exhaust, 4.10's, intake and a tune, then go beat the crap out of most anything you line up next to.

can a brother get a moderator to downsize some picture PLEASE.

The early turbo 4's ( i have a later 84 ) with the carb setup were underpowered and unreliable, while extremely rare and cool not the best suited for riding around in, if you want a collectors item I say go for it, but if you want a mustang to drive look elsewhere, say 93 cobra's or svo's if you want a turbo 2.3, I like them both and thats a beautiful car, but its currently at the lowest point of its appreciation and in my mind not really worth 17k to ME, you on the other hand its your money and someday, especially if kept in that condition, will probably be worth a whole hell of a lot more.
