Piston to valve clearance?
when i install my hci i am also installing new 1.7 scorpion rr. i am going to be check ptv clearance, i assume i need an adjustable pushrod tool? i have new 6.25 inch ford racing pushrods my rr are pedestal mount. any tips would be appreciated. thanks mike

stock cam+1.7 rockers I wouldn't worry about at all.
you can still check PTV. if you don't have the right pushrods/havn't checked your roller rocker geometry, then yea, I would get a adjustable pushrod (trickflow sells one @ summit for $15) some checker springs, and a feeler gauge and you will be good to go.
can set up your geometry for your rockers, and check PTV in about 15min
