Copper or Aluminum, Square or oval?

Copper or Aluminum, Square or oval?
I have a set of Gt 40p heads on my car. I did not install them the PO did so I do not know what the exhaust ports were like. Does anyone know if they are square or oval ports.
Also what would be a better gasket the aluminum or the copper?
This is the only time I plan on putting new exhaust gaskets on this car until it gets a new set of heads, so I want to use the better gasket and I'm going to use that in combination with Totally Stainless's locking header bolts.
