I measured from a hole in the taillight panel on one side to a interior mount hole on the other roofline side

Use muscle and pull on it....metal is elastic....it will bend back.

More like a really hard impact labor day weekend to the right rear wheel with a concrete covert when I blew the right rear as I was getting into 2nd gear....bent the axle tube and shoved the who right side back (floor pan area) about an inch. THATS why I need to do it....
