Lol, no. There should be no reason to need anything more than 24's.........Hell, nm I remember why the guy swapped in 42's and it fixed his issue. (previous post fixed) The 24's my friend was using ohmed out to actually be 22's (cheap injectors) and it wasn't cooperating with the MAF..

BUT still if I remember right 302army was almost maxing out his 24's when he was building his......among other issues..

OP...... TFS 185 heads are NOT too big for your setup, you do need to combine everything better to benefit from their capabilities, and that means getting the correct valve events (camshaft) based on your goals and driveability requirements. Will it be a less streetable camshaft than the B303 you currently have?.... nope.... the total opposite + it will provide better performance across the board.

Since you plan to go SC, keep the 42# injectors and invest in a tuning device (Tweecer or Moates recommended) since you will need one anyway to properly set and benefit from a supercharger.
