is there a quick and easy way to test the volume the intake can move? or how long the runner is?
I was thinking if you pulled a string through the intake, you could measure from the throttle body hole to each runner to each cylinder, and you could see the length it would take air to travel.
for volume the only thing I can think is doing one of thouse water volume tests, where ether you tape up the ports, get a tube with water, and use a shop vac to pull the air to see the volume, or something simpler, and somehow physicaly fill the space in the intake with water, and measure the difference between the two.
