FWIW I like my 3.73's, but then again, I'm running a TKO-600, so my transmission gearing is all different, and I do a lot of long highway driving, so that several hundred RPM drop saves me from going crazy doing 3500+ rpm all the time with my 3" exhaust.
IIRC, the 3.73's were a bit awkward when I still had the T-5 in. 1st was useless, but 2nd still didn't feel quite right at lower speeds, and 5th was still terrible...

TKO either:
2.87 1.89 1.28 1.0 .64 or .82
or
3.27 1.94 1.32 1.0 .68
youre talking maybe a few mph diff in the lower 3 gears either way...
