I will see what this guy charges. There's a guy in AZ that I met at a car swap meet that does this, and he wanted $80 to just do my fan shroud. That's pretty expensive in my opinion, considering I've had upper intakes powdered with extra clear, and valve covers done in two stage candys for less...

Really I mean your fan shroud is huge,so I dont think thats bad at all,I think the materials for the hydrodipping process cost more than powder. My powder coater told me i just depends on what powder you use,and also how long it has to bake in the oven,and the electricity those ovens use are crazy.
