First Mods Just In, advice needed
first mods came in, let me know if im headed in the right direction. 3.73 gears, bbk equal lenght headers, transgo shift kit and k/n cai. im considering 2400-2800 stall, control arms and 1.72 rocker arms. any input would be greatly appreciated.

well unfortunately you fell victim to people who dont know $h!t about mustangs....
#1 yes.... for sure 4.10's, see if you can swap them... you'll be happy you did even if it takes some shipping and restocking fees. a car WILL bog on 3.73 where it will not on 4.10's if under about 300hp. you could be looking at .2-.5 seconds honestly
#2 stall needs be over an advertised 3k minimum, and if you choose anything other than lentech or precision industries your wasting your money and add 500 more rpm to what i said was minimum.
you need to understand "stall speed" and by that i dont mean you are uneducated... what i mean is the parameters that were used to describe the stall speed. usually on a heavier, higher horsepowered car than a 5.0 mustang. heavier car will flash later, and higher hp will flash later. so usually an advertised 2800 will really be about a 2400 on a 5.0. fyi i used a 2200 and it felt stock on one of my aod cars.
#3 i only like long tube headers.... if your gonna spend the time... do it right is my opinion, twice the gain and no harder really. if CARB laws are an issue tho...your fine

and with that being said i have knocked down 21 mpg in 2 diff stangs with 4.10 gears
i changed your typo too
but really..... rpm is about 250 more with 4.10's over the 3.73 at any given speed. but the torque multiplication is well noticed over the 3.73's
3.73 on a stock car will bog..... 4.10 on a stock car can lift a tire
easy enuff ???
