Suspension mods

Suspension mods
I need some opinions. The suspension on my 1988 LX is stock. I would like to put 10" rims on back when i get a new set. I know that in order to do that, i need to remove the quad shocks. I also know that it can cause punishing wheel hop. but if i do some mods first will it be ok?
Here is what i had in mind before the rims and tires:
-Eibach lowering springs (1.25" drop)
-BBk upper & lower control arms
-KYB gas-a-just shocks/struts
-Steeda rear sway bar with adjustable end links
-Full polyurethane bushing kit
Will i be safe from wheel hop with this set up? If not, what do i need to do?

well if you hook...you'll have no hop. spinning tires can still hop a bit but a cheater slick alone will fix it.
yes your mods would do wonders, i like hpm mega bite jrs for control arms... all i'll ever use
uppers are unneeded but if you got the loot just do it while your in there.
i had an '88 notch for about 6 months....the previous owner dropped it an inch, full poly kit from energy suspension and kyb non adjustable at all 4 corners.
it handled like a vette, i was impressed... the rest was stock too

I looked into the Mega bites because someone else mentioned them. The thing is, this is going to be a street car. I might take it to the track once or twice when i have all the mods done just to see what it can do, so i decided to go with BBK because of price.

I would be concerned about the 10" wheel and lowering the car unless you are going to run a very short tire. People I know who run 10' wheels have had to roll up the lip on the fenderwell for clearance. I run an 8" wheel with 5.5" backspacing. I run 265/50R15 tired with no quad shock. I run the stock swaybar with a cheap set of Latemodel restoration house brand upper and lower control arms. It doesn't wheelhop.
