Default Which mods next??

I have a 95 GT with pypes off-road x-pipes, stock headers, bbk cold air intake, and that's about it. I'm in the budget to buy a ford racing cam, BAMA ECU chip, or a throttle body. Or i could get some 3.73 gears. I don't know which would be the best, and also which would be cheapest to install? budget is tight. Or if you guys have any other recommendations that would be nice.

Go to a different site that won't belittle you and would seriously help ya

My advice gears best bang for the budget
Tune is worthless right now bump timing 2 degrees but make sure you don't hear any detonation or any premature spark knock your current
T-body will be fine till you start making 300hp at the crank
Being on a tight budget sucks but don't spend it on parts you think you need

4.10's
100 shot of nitrous
1 5/8" long tube headers

anything else is a waste of money, your stock induction and fuel system will support 300 hp and take you into the 12's

upgrading anything that isnt "broken" wont gain you a single thing since you arent using what u already have

thanks alot to everyone who actually responded to my question. grabbem 88 and nitrous bob in particular. How much do you think the total cost of getting the gears run me? I dont think i want 4.10's becuase i want something a little more street friendly. I think 3.73's are the right ones for me.

think again...ur talking 1 mpg at most, and 250 rpm at any given speed...but the torque multiplaction is LITERALLY the diff between lifting tires...and bogging

so think about it, ive driven cars IDENTICAL to ones ive owned, those ones with 3.73 were still 14 second cars , and mine were mid 13's all stock

gears + labor is about $500-$600

its not something you do on your own, unless u are ASE mechanic

try to drive a 4.10 car...you'll quickly change ur mind
