Shop used and you can get a decent H/C/I combo with that budget.

I have a trickflow track heat intake and 75mm tb that I'm selling. That would help with your budget and leave a little more for nicer heads

I done a 308 with e7 heads 3angle vlv job ecam tfs intake went 8.80 8th mile in a 95gt with aode on drag radials bone stock went 10.10. Correction a bigger than .515 is useless since the stock heads max at .500 more dur would be good but dont get to crazy though.
