Vacuum Question

If you have piece B then you don't need this http://www.ebay.com/itm/FORD-MUSTANG...sories&vxp=mtr

What you need is piece A............ Or something like a nylon couplings that you can attach inside that rubber block and then attach new rubber hoses to those so that you can run the hoses to the different components.

I'll assume the reason for doing all of this is because of emissions testing in your area?

damn i feel stupid! i do not have to pass emissions. i have my smog pump removed and egr stuff on my heads blocked off. so i would not need the 3 lines? what about the the one that goes to the intake? my intake is a explorer intake. thanks for all of your help mike

Nope you don't need any of those 4 vacuum lines then if you don't have any smog equipment.

The line that come from the back of the upper intake was only used to supply a vacuum source to a reservoir canister under the passenger side fender.

the resovore canister would just be to supply the smog/egr stuff? its not the bulb canister in the engine bay? also should i block those for lines off? thanks mike

If there is no vacuum going to the reservoir canister you don't need to block them off.

This is the reservoir I'm talking about that is under the passenger side fender and only supplies vacuum to the different emission equipment .
