AdderMk2, wouldn't bad cats cause a CEL? And while I agree with what you're saying I was giving him advice mainly based on common engine problems that he can diagnose within 30 minutes without having to turn a wrench. Besides he also said the car will start missing which leads me to believe it's related to spark or fuel. That is why a simple check of each cylinder might give away the problem. Heck he could even run an infrared temp gun on each cylinder to see which one is off from the others. Anyway his problem seemed to me to be something engine related...

^ Not directly. OBD-I cars don't have O2 sensors down stream of the cats.

yea I there are no loose tubes ect the vacume is good my e break is good ima change the fule filter and have my uncle take a look at the o2 if it dosent work then idk what elese to do bout it

and i think its a fuel problem because its only when i try to accelerate or go up hill... when im just cruising or going downhill i can pick up speed
