Default phenolic spacer or no??

I have a trick flow street intake and im going to be ordering a new hardware kit and gasket for the upper to lower...saw that a heat spacer with hardware and gaskets was only about 10 more dollars. Do they make a difference? Thanks!

Slight difference, spacer creates higher air velocity slightly helping low end torque but slightly hurting top end power. It may reduce upper intake temps a few degrees.

Choice is yours to make. Make sure you have hood clearance if you get it.

I used spacer to clear the taller valve covers I purchased.
