They dont call em 302s btw. there 5.0s. Theres a difference. I guess I came off as ignorant when it came to cars. Ive just never done a 5.0 swap before. I dont know what can still be used from the 4cyl and what needs to changed and added. The HOW TO wasnt an issue. But thanks for your help. I appreciate it. and as far as 400hp N/A from a 5.0..... it can happen lol money isnt an issue I'm going to build the engine. Not just H/C/I.

I'd like to see you reach that one, expecially after making the quote above, it takes knowledge, not so much money to "build" an engine right...just some food for thought. you'll need compression, rpm and a well thought out h/c/i as well as all supporting mods....good luck and let me know when you get that first quote straight

I bet you could get 400whp out of a 5.0 NA. It wouldn't be a 5.0 anymore but the numbers on the block would still say it Stroke it, put some massive heads on it, pay a cam designer to build a magnificent valvetrain for it, and voila.

They as in who??? Technically a 302 is a 4.9 and some change.... In my book and most others a 302 refers to a carbed engine and a 5.0 is an EFI setup 302. Other than that...SAME THING

BUT PLEASE! for all sake of the argument.... What is the difference???
