Default door hinge pin question

I just took off my hood and fenders to be sent off for paint...figured it would be a good time to do my door pins and bushings since my doors are sagging a little. What is the the best way way to change them? should i just take the door mounts right off the body since i can get at them? Just curious what the easiest way would be. I have replaced the upper passenger side previously and what a pain that was! A dremel does cut the pins pretty easy though! And also where is a good place to get the door hinge rollers? Autozone wants 30$ just for one side!

I did my pins one at a time. Cut them with a dremel, popped them out and put the new ones in. I had a stand supporting the door and another person there ready just in case. It was a bit of a pain, but I think that would be easier than removing the door and getting it back on and lined up.

Didn't think about having to line the door up! Thanks for the info!

Did it once taking off the hinge and it was a pain getting the door re-aligned. Might be easier though since you have the fender off, and have direct access to the bolts.

But then again you will not be able to re-align with the fender
