Hang in there. Just work through all of the tune up parts. Distributor cap, rotor, fuel filter, etc. Check the timing. Replace the plugs, gap them properly, and so on. It should be WELL into the 14s, even with that 2.18 60'.

Contary to a couple guys posted, the long tubes are helping you more than hurting you.
Long tubes have habit of making more torque in the lower rpm ranges than do shorty headers.
Shorty headers exist because a lot of people don't want to do the work that needed to install long tubes, they are a convience item.....
I know I'll catch flak but WTF.....

Something definitely doesn't seem right...I went 14.5@ 96mph with 2.73's, stock heads, stock cam, just all bolt ons

Well once this storm passes, as long as it doesn't destroy my car.. I'll get around to looking at it..I know i need to replace my longtubes because they are leaking somewhere, but thats a whole different issue

so my first step was to diagnose this..I think its an exhaust leak, but I can't find any visible leaks...

That is 2/3s of the problem area lol what about video from under the hood? Almost sounds metallic from that video. Get an under the hood video and that will help out alot more...

well i went out to do it, and the sound wasnt as loud, gets louder as it gets warmer..only on drivers side...its gotta be an exhaust leak
