hey guys i have a 1989 5.0 with stock heads and automatic transmission i was looking at a E303 Cam i know i would need stiffer valve springs for the stock heads my question is what cam would you recommend for some performance til i buy the trick flow top end kit

 

I recomend you save your money! Do it once and forget it. Get some gears if your looking for something you can actually feel on a fairly stock car.

with an auto tranny 4 .10's bare min
