Just want to make sure a Turbo Fox can still pass emissions. Would have to beat the sniffer test here in GA for me to consider it as my next project. Thanks

no turbo kit is emission legal except one and that was the old Incon twin turbo kit they had a CARB sticker but they have been out of business for years. Could your 5.0 with a turbo pass emission yes, I am sure it could but it will not pass a visual if they do that. now if you can find a old Incon kit then you could run it but they are hard to find and are not cheap but they are a well made kit.

That's a good enough answer. I'm pretty sure I'd just need to pass the sniffer here in GA.

All 1995 and older model year vehicles will receive a three-part inspection:
A TSI test or an Accelerated Simulation Mode (ASM2) test - A dual-mode test including a 25/25 test = 25 percent load at 25 MPH and a 50/15 test = 50 percent load at 15 MPH.
A fuel cap inspection to check for adequate seal.
A visual inspection of the catalytic converter to check for tampering or removal.
