Default HIGH IDLE ISSUE

Hi, I have a 1990 Mustang 5.0 and it has a high idle condition, the car idles at 1100 rpm. So far I changed the IAC, cleaned TB and checked the TPS sensor. The TPS is set at .994 and is within range, I played around with the TPS adjustment going as high as 1.2 and low as .780 and had no luck with lowing the idle. I also checked for vacuum leaks and found none. So, at this point I'm looking for advice as what steps to take with the idle issue?

I also plugged in my scan device and found these codes:

Code 81: inlet air control circuit malfunction (KOEO).

Code 15: PCM/ECA (rom) Error (KOEO).

Code 82: Secondary air bypass solenoid circuit malfunction (KOEO)

Code 85: Cannister Purge SOL circuit malfunction (KOEO).

Code 84: Electric Vacuum reg circuit malfunction (KOEO).

Code 34: Evap sensor above threshold (MEMORY CODE).

Any advice as to what direction I should look?

Have you tried doing a base idle reset to see if that helps.

I'm not that knowledgeable on the codes and fixes for them, but you'll want to investigate those as I'm sure they're not helping your idle situation.

What's the procedure for a base idle reset?
