Default Torque lbs. for roller bearings on gp40 p heads

Going to add roller bearing to my GP 40 p heads on the 88 lx project. Can't find the torque value. Help appreciated.
Steve.

Im unsure what you mean by roller bearings in/on the heads?? Cylinder heads dont have bearings?? Are you referring to roller rockers possibly??

You can probably call the manufacturer or Summit Racing,if they sell that brand/style rocker,to get the torque/# of turns value for the rocker bolts. That value can be combined with the info below to get the rockers installed.

Before you begin tightening the rockers, draw 4 lines on the balancer so they can be used as reference for crank rotation.
( To do this )
Locate the 0° mark on the balancer and draw a line on the front of the balancer (using Witeout) at that position.Draw 3 more lines on the balancer, equal distances apart. Each line does two things:
1) It represents 90° of crank rotation.....
2) It represents the next cylinder in the firing order being at TDC.....
The firing order moves in a CCW direction on the distributor cap and balancer.

Get the #1 piston to tdc on compression.
( To do this)
Remove the #1 spark plug, stuff a piece of toilet tissue into the plug hole slightly, rotate the crank CW,using a torque wrench & 15/16" socket, until the tissue blows out of the hole then rotate the crank just a hair more & stop once you get the 0° mark aligned with the timing pointer. The #1 piston is now at TDC.

Rocker tightening sequence.
( To do this )
Begin tightening the rockers for the #1 cylinder.Spin the pushrod with your thumb/finger and hand tighten the rocker bolt til you feel drag on the pushrod then stop.Tighten the rocker bolt to manufacturer spec then do the other rocker the same way.Once youre done, rotate the crank CW until the next balancer line is aligned with the timing pointer and tighten the rockers for the #3 cylinder.Continue this sequence until all 16 rockers are done.
( These lines move in a CCW direction )
Line 1= #1 cylinder
Line 2= #3 cylinder
Line 3= #7 cylinder
Line 4= #2 cylinder
Line 1= #6 cylinder
Line 2= #5 cylinder
Line 3= #4 cylinder
Line 4= #8 cylinder

Balancer Marks That Represents The TDC Position For Each Piston
