Default Looking for help with codes

I got this 95 gt, it was in pieces, finally got it all together and decided to give it a start and take it for a drive. This car isn't running the greatest, stalling, huge surges in idle and running very rich.

I ran my codes
KOEO
118
122
327- Smog pump and all that are gone.

KOER
113
11

I don't know if any of this helps, it does have edelbrock performer heads, unknown upgraded cam, edelbrock performer upper and lower intake, c & l cold air, not sure of the size of the TB and mass air, long tube headers, comp cams ignition and 24lb injectors and the engine was fresh from the machine shop when I got all this.

When looking at the ECT sensor it looks like someone put the sender in place of the sensor by the top having a screw, and I can not locate the harness connection for that, so I will start looking for a cut wire in the harness. Could this be a ground issue? Do I got buy all 3 sensors and replace them? Any help is great.
