Final update. Intake manifold had a valve stuck partially closed. The entire unit was replaced and it only ended up taking a few hours. Hooray!

 

 

The good news is that you will get it back without issue. My issue is completely resolved. No more funny idle. They also found a cracked spark plug. I'm assuming this happened well after the intake problem. Hope you get your baby back soon. It will be 100% in no time!
