USB ports not working

USB ports not working
2019 Mustange GT premium coupe, 5.0L
just bought this mustang and both phone usb ports don’t work, only 1 of the 2 12 volt plugs work. The center console one is working. I have checked fuses 32 and 52. Tried multiple coords. Any advice?
