A good set of sticky tires is, I believe, the single best mod for the money.

Awesome time, John!
BTW, what are the best "sticky" performance tires that have good street drivability/comfort and reasonably good (long) wear mileage ?

I love the M/T's
Nitto's last longer, but the traction is no where near as good.

sorry if I missed you listing it somewhere, but what size wheels are you running? 18"s?

Indeed. One of the Mustang 'rags was running 12.2s on just a set of slicks, with no other mods. Granted, that car was an MT though.

Great run!!!! Just being a dick but I keep seeing this more and more and it sounds really funny..."Stock everything! Except the mods I've listed below." Regardless...these new stangs are ridiculous! Can't wait to pick one up!

Yeah, I thought that was funny also. It would be different if they just removed something like the spare tire for weight reduction because technically that's still stock. While flashing the ECU and putting on some Drag Radials are simple mods, they are still mods, hence not stock.
