Regardless... almost 8 tenths of a second from a tune and a drag radial. That's amazing.

I still think of tuning the computer as stock. No different that tuning a carburator better than the OEM did back in the day. Problem is you can do it with a screw driver and a good ear any more. Just have to use a dyno and computer.

Id say DOT approved tires, and a tune up would count as stock to me. But hey to each his own.
