SO who has put long tubes on their 11 5.0? How hard is it? Between my 2 buddies and the guys down at our auto hobby shop who all have slightly more than average knowledge of working on cars do you think we can do it without messing anything up?? I know I have to disconnect the motor from its mounts and lower the rear part of the K Member. This is mainly what I am worried about. How and where and with what do I hold the engine in place with? Dropping the K Member and everything I am not too afraid of, just having my engine balancing on something or whatever scares me a bit. I love my ride too much to mess it up! So yeah how hard is it?

shouldnt be too hard, make sure you torque the bolts down and use some sort of locktite or you will have a few less nuts on there after a few days. good luck! maybe you could post some pics of the instal since i havnt seen any yet. that would be very helpful to people in the future on what to look out for, like myself. haha

Yeah I will definitely have pictures up of course! Well I found a video by BBK that really tells me how to do it so I think I will be okay. I will just take my time.. Install all my exhaust and my 1 piece alum shaft as well

goodluck, get some good picture of the process, it will help many more who do this instal! oh and headers are a HUGE pain the A if you havnt dont them yet, so BE PATEINT! took me 16 hours on my 350z, but i did it myself. lots of cursing and tools thrown everywhere. extentions and uniwigles are your friend!
