First of all not sure if this is where I should post this.
I have a 2011 mustang gt 5.0. I have 2353 miles on it and it is a quart low on oil. I called the dealer and they could not believe it. I have an appt. with them tomorrow for an oil change and inspection.
Has anyone heard of this much oil useage?

Yep......several have reported oil consumption in the first few thousand miles. Mine is low at 4400 miles and is going in for a change in the morning. Not worried about it unless it continues.

Another thing, be sure the dealer puts in the full 8 quarts as required. I have read of a few that didn't look at the 8 qt. requirement.......

Thanks, I did read it holds 8 quarts. Will make sure it is full, and the paper work says 8 quarts.

i was a quart low at 3000k.

Took mine in this morning for an oil change(no charge). They reported no leaks and to watch it. Scheduled to have another oil change in 3000 miles. Thats a start, will keep a close eye on the oil.

Same here, quart low at 5k. Now 6k miles later, not even half a quart low.
