Good call on the gears, everybody seems to forget how much impact these can make. Headers are a great improvement when doing gears, CAI and tune because they are a significant change to the vehicle. All these will change the dynamics of the vehicle which will make you happy with your purchases!

I have 3.73 gears that came with my brembo package, so I am good to go there. I have like 3k in parts picked out now that dont include headers of any kind.
Lethal o/r pipe
Upr billet lcas
Upr double adj phb
Airaid cai and bama tune
Eibach pro kit
Magnaflow comp catback
Barton short throw and bracket
boss intake
Steeda strut tower brace (my brembo one will not clear the intake)

I think this is it for the first purchase. Seem ok?

The only thing I can ever see needing to buy is headers, unless you don't have a reputable exhaust shop around to make you an exhaust ... I paid 200$ for what some people pay $1000 for exhaust and mine sounds the exact same and from one exhaust to another there's 0-5 wrhp difference
