This is the craziest thread I ever read.
As for the selling dealer being able to pursue anything against the first owner, who knows whether the first owner actually traded it in there? They could have just as easily traded it in somewhere else, and that dealer auctioned it. That actually happens alot, and its the reason why you so rarely see your car again after you trade it -- it ends up purchased via auction by someone in another part of the country.

Like you stated, they may put together and send straight to the auction.
All the cars in the "red" lane are broke lol.

Just wanted to bring up this thread for future 5.0 buyers
I pulled the VIN the other day on fordowner.com
dealer spent $9300 fixing it. They called me the other day for some questions about my X plan... I asked how the car was doing... He said the motor has been replaced with a new one and the car is still not running right... Sucks for them
